About this villa rental
Villa Felice is a newly built, modern, and luxurious villa located on a quiet hill just a 20-minute drive from Palermo Airport and close to sandy beaches.
An avenue of palm trees will welcome you onto the grounds of Villa Felice, a typical Mediterranean-style villa. Surrounded by nature, here you can enjoy an authentic Sicilian experience.
When you arrive at Villa Felice, your gaze will be captivated by the breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea on the horizon.
Parking is available for your vehicle.
In this part of Sicily, you can enjoy a mild climate year-round and make the most of the outdoors even in winter.
A fabulously situated chlorine-free pool featuring chromotherapy, a waterfall, and equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs is the perfect spot to admire the magnificent sunsets.
Night lighting and an outdoor heated whirlpool will offer you special moments of relaxation while sipping your favorite drink.
A large covered terrace surrounds the house and features a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and an outdoor dining area with a kitchen decorated in Sicilian majolica, equipped with a sink and stovetop.
A small outbuilding with a bathroom and laundry room is available for guests or staff.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.

Wi-Fi, internet access, USB ports, accessibility features (tactile surfaces, intercom for the hearing impaired), and an automated system for lighting, climate control, and entertainment make Villa Felice a smart home.
It is spread over two floors, both of which feature balconies and windows offering panoramic views of the countryside, lawn, garden, and pool.
On the first floor, you enter a large living room and day area furnished with designer pieces. There is a chaise longue sofa bed where you can relax while watching TV or reading a good book, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils). A small hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower.
The second floor has a separate entrance via the outdoor staircase and consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Last but not least, a garden surrounds the entire villa: fruit trees and vegetables can be harvested depending on the season, and guests can enjoy typical Mediterranean “zero food mile” products. You’ll find citrus fruits, figs, prickly pears, pistachios, olive trees, grapes, mulberries, plums, apricots, peaches, and Iazzolo pears.
The explosion of scents and colors throughout the day—from the green of the lawns to the blue of the sea and sky by day, and the pink and orange hues at sunset—will be a spectacle of rare beauty and the backdrop for an unforgettable vacation.
