It was as beautiful as was shown and explained. It actually even exceeded our expectations I was also given a beautiful gift.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, modern apartments. Good-ish location.

The check-in process was confusing and burdensome. Ridiculously hot in the lobby, check in desk, and hallways. Because of the size of the buildings it was very difficult to get to the mall and beach. It was a much longer walk than it should have been. I am realizing right now I guess we might have been able to walk to the hotel lobby and then through the mall and to the beach? The hotel staff did not seem welcoming of that kind of thing though. And if it were possible it would have been nice to know. Maybe it’s easier if you drive and park in the garage. The heating and cooling was confusing even for native Korean speakers. For English speakers, impossible. Two of us accidentally turned on the heated flooring. One a native Korean speaker, the other an English speaker with limited Korean but with chatGPT and google translate. Weird choices on cutting corners. There was a very small amount of super fancy silverware and dishes. Yet only 3 bath towels for 3 bedroom 3 baths. They offered more towels at a small cost which was not clear when booking. Weird. Awkward. Unnecessary. Raise the price $5 per night give us a bunch of towels and make more money, weirdos. Also only 2 cards. They had weird arbitrary rules.
