You Can't Beat the Terrace Experience!

The location is walkable from Trastevere Station and minutes from the #8 bus. There are a few grocery stores within easy walking distance. It's a 25 minute bus ride from the Piazza Venezia, but the bus is frequent and easy to take. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed for a 5-night stay. The elevator/lift made it easy to get our heavy luggage up to this 5th floor suite. You can't beat the view and the outdoor living opportunity offered by the two terraces!!! Beautiful at sunrise with a cup of coffee, beautiful at night with gelato, we wanted to spend as much time as possible outside. And the terrace offered us great options for drying our clothes in the sunlight.

We enjoyed our stay even when we have a few things we didn’t like about the apartment

Location and staff friendliness and the size of the living room.

Quality of equipment like rusted scratches pan and unclean cooking pots and cutlery. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and spa. Old Used up towels and no dish cloths. No hairdryer. We cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet. We’ve expected more for the price we paid. Only 1 toilet even when there’s 2 bathrooms. No blankets provided. Only 2 bed sheets and thick pillows.

Perfect for one night and possible for longer stay too

Location on a quite street, right around the corner of the busy main street but yet no noise. View of the Holy Trinity Monastery right from the balcony. Small oven , no microwave, well equipped utensil for cooking small meals. Jacuzzi tub is a plus and free parking right in front . We didn't use the laundry room. Very big space for 6 persons. Check-in instructions clear and we had to pay an additional 6 euro to top up the inflated tourist fees.

The small stove is one of its kind we had ever seen and found it a bit difficult to use. We never really figure out which turn is for which corner of the stove top. (we cooked only once for a light meal though)

Good location with a view of Meteora from the front balcony. Lots of space with 2 bathrooms. A toilet in the 2nd bathroom would be very nice. Free parking out front made loading/unloading easier.

Comfy stay with a lovely view of the Meteora and a jacuzzi!

Very easy check-in experience. We loved everything about the property! Big rooms, comfy beds, lovely view of the Meteora from the balcony, super close to the center of town, and of course the jacuzzi was excellent!

There's a very strong suction point in the jacuzzi, I think there should be a warning about it. My hand got caught and it was really painful pulling it away. It didn't ruin the experience, but left a bit of a mark! On an unrelated note, I couldn't locate a hairdryer anywhere in the house.

- Host didn’t provide access to the laundry until 2am - Didn’t provide linen, towels, pillows for our 5th guest and had to sleep without a blanket. Even though we paid for a party of 5. - Beds and pillows uncomfortable - Coffee machine doesn’t work - No real amenities - Host is hellbent on sending tour recommendations and asking for reviews instead of attending to guests needs. Really annoying. Providing little value and asking for a lot. - Walls not painted properly - Furnishings substandard

Very spacious and clean apartment

Huge, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Even the bathroom and the room with the bubble bath was massive. The rooms and the linen/towels were very clean. The kitchen had all the white goods and crockery needed for the stay. There was free parking just in front of the apartment and some slots were available all the time. The apartment had a separate entrance and the wifi was decent. The ac also worked well and warmed the rooms quite effectively when the outdoor temp went down to 6-7C in the night.

The bed was sagging when slept on and a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. The bubble bath was functioning but needs repairs. One of the suction holes had its cover broken and one of my finger got sucked in and scraped the broken edges leading to a pretty deep cut.

Fine for a short stay but bring your own pillow if you can.

The location is excellent. A short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony upstairs of the rocks is beautiful. We loved that you could open the windows to get fresh air through the suite and they all had fly screens.

In the words of my son ‘the pillows are bad’. I had seen other people make mention of this in reviews and honestly they really were hard and lumpy. This meant that unfortunately we didn’t sleep well. There is black mould imbedded in the silicon at the bottom of the shower. Only one washing machine is available for use and this is shared between all three suites and housekeeping.

There is a discrepancy between check out time in booking and in the apartment. In the apartment there is written 12:00 but in booking it is 10:30 or something like that.

Exceptional

This is a luxurious apartment practically in the centre of Kalabaka. It is very comfortable and has everything one needs for vacation. The view is superb, the washing machine a bonus. We would stay there again in a second and regret we did not reserve it for longer. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the practical tips to enjoy the area.

The location was excellent and the host was very quick to respond

The apartment was very sparse and lacking a homely atmosphere. There was only one sheet on each bed and one pillow per person. We had to ask for an additional sheet. The balcony furniture was broken but it was replaced immediately. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms and although the description states two bathrooms there is actually only one that has a toilet. We booked the property because we were 2 couples and we thought we would have a bathroom each but we had to share because the bathroom with the toilet is the only one with a proper shower.

The Suite was in an exceptional location, was very clean and easy to get to and check in via the host’s instructions.The highlight was the jacuzzi that was used by everyone and the host was very quick to respond to messages about how to use the jacuzzi and any other questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
