The location is good, is one of the new areas (renewed by RCRC) and there are good areas for walking, green areas and public parks nearby.
The staff is, as usual in KSA, kind, friendly, helpful, and quick with any request we made. A 10 out of 10 for service. I only regret not to have more local currency for better tips.
The problem lies with the owner; he doesn't maintain such a basic service as a good internet connection. My trip included some online meetings that I had to pay for using my own internet due to the poor quality of the one provided by the hotel.
The internet connection is very bad.
