The owners are one of the highlights of this place. On top of being very friendly and accommodating, they regularly left us pastries, bread and pizza in the morning - they have a deli nearby - saving us from having to buy them or giving us a perfect excuse to do an aperitivo in the garden. The apartment is big enough and the kitchen is a good size. Getting to and from the property with the car wasn't a problem, and there are plenty of small supermarkets in town. Also, the place was spotlessly clean. Kudos for the washing machine and the deck chairs outside - a lovely touch.
All things considered, next time we may choose to stay closer to the seaside. While it only took us around 20 minutes by foot to get to the beach and we enjoyed the walk, it can get uncomfortable in the blazing sun or if it's very hot. The house is located right next to a main road: that in itself wasn't a big issue as the bedrooms are on the opposite side. That said, if you like us prefer to keep your windows open instead of turning on the A/C, the noise coming from the nearby rail tracks may welll keep you awake.

Tolle Gastgeber - die beiden sind absolute Herzensmenschen.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Fast täglich gab es leckeres Gebäck (süß und herzhaft), das uns so manchen Abend versüßt hat. Komplettiert wird das Vermietertrio von Hund Oscar, der uns den einen oder anderen Besuch abgestattet hat. Cristiana und Massimiliano haben aber auch darauf geachtet, dass die Besuche für uns okay sind.
Das Appartement ist wirklich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat uns glücklich gemacht.
Den Gartenbereich haben wir für unsere Mahlzeiten und den ein oder anderen Wein genutzt.
Im Treppenhaus liegen einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants, die wir durchweg positiv fanden.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an verschiedenen Stränden, in den Weinbergen und in Livorno.
Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
Der eigentliche Grund, aus dem wir die Unterkunft gebucht haben, waren ursprünglich die Spiagge Bianche. Der lokale Chemiekonzern leitet sein Abwasser genau dort ins Meer, was für das türkise Wasser und die weißen Strände sorgt. Es baden dort einige Leute, wir haben uns aber dagegen entschieden. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts!!!!
Also die Unterkunft war absolut makellos!

Più bella delle foto, accoglienza ottima, tutto ottimo, una bellissima sorpresa, poi la stazione del treno è vicino, supermercato, la piazza, a 30 minuti dalla spiaggia bianca 🤩

Posto da sogno, forse siamo stati fortunati che i proprietari erano fuori quei giorni, ma ci hanno lasciato tutto il giardino immenso e bellissimo...i nostri cani ne hanno giovato... appartamento bello con tutto il necessario, proprietario molto disponibile nonostante non fosse presente...ritorneremo sicuramente, esperienza fantastica...a 10 min da cecina e Bolgheri...
