Nicely arranged and in quiet area. Very friendly host. Breakfast was really nice and well thought. Many teas and cereals to also choose from. We were well advised on the facilities and how they‘d work on our arrival, how to access the WiFi.

It was perfectly situated for where I was going ( about 15 mins from Kilkenny)
Very clean.
I also had the surprise of having a private bathroom when i booked the room with a shared bathroom. That was a great surprise and it felt like an upgrade. Very nice touch.
I knew there was no breakfast included when I booked but i find it counterintuitive that it’s called a b&b and the 2nd b shouldn’t be an option. And i find it disappointing. It’s like having a fish and chips without the chips.

A fantastic introduction to Ireland.
Tess really made us feel at home from the first instance, even though our ferry crossing was delayed by 3hrs and we inly arrived at 11pm
Breakfast was great, wide choice of cereal, cooked, and cold.
