The accommodation complex is beautiful, located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and went out their way to assist and accommodate guests. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was beautifully decorated. Having a coffee shop next door was very convenient.
We were not provided with the passcode for the lock in advance and it happened a few times that we locked ourselves out which was unfortunate. The bed was too soft, I felt like I was sinking. There was no proper shading on the windows. I was missing a regular bedside lamp. No breakfast option. Even though there was a kids corner in the garden overall I felt like the accommodation is more suitable for couples rather than families.
