Lokalizacja dla narciarzy i snowboardzistów jest idealna. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i jesteś pod wyciągiem na polanę Szymoszkową. Dla poczatkujących to idealne miejsce na pierwsze kroki i doskonalenie swoich umiejętności. W lecie jeżeli chodzi o piesze wycieczki jest z tą lokalizacja trochę gorzej (mała ilość busików). Mimo wszystko lokalizacja zimowa dla mnie jest ok. Dodatkowe pomieszczenie w garaży podziemnym na sprzęt narciarski też się przydaje.
Brak pralki, może być kłopotliwy szczególnie jak się podróżuje z dziećmi. W łazience brak jest wieszaków na ręczniki oraz na papier toaletowy. Szafy w przedpokoju trochę za bardzo zawalone rzeczami do sprzątania typu mopy, szczotki itp. To powoduje, że nie ma gdzie schować walizek.
