It is a great location and is cozy!
The stairs were a bit much and the building is hard to find if you don’t/can’t stop at the office to get the map! The coffee pots are a little old and one bed maybe needs a mattress topper!

We didn't have breakfast there.
I didn't like that you can't find the numbers of the building at a nighttime arrival. You're not close enough to see the building great at night, let alone the numbers. The parking lot needs more lighting. Lastly, I don't think the customers should have to throw away their trash in the dumpsters. As long as they get it all together in one , big trash bag then the cleaners can put it in the dumpster.
