We really enjoyed the fact that it’s such a small hotel. Great personal attention from the staff and all facilities are amazing. The room is provided with a broad range of amenities and we even had a bathtub on the balcony, which is such a unique feature!
It was a bit difficult to communicate with the restaurant/bar staff as they don’t speak any English.

La piscina y la cercanía a zona de playas y Marzamemi
Le faltaba calidez a la atención, así como la norma del no cambio de toallas a diario salvo pago de 20€. Si se quiere concienciar, es mejor reducir del importe ya pagado por el cliente si acepta el cambio cada dos días, que no conocerlo cuando se llega allí. Faltaría algún cuelga toallas en el baño

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant.
The first night, there was no hot water, and on the second day, it took until midday to fix the problem. The staff wasn’t available for check-out during the posted times, and in-person check-out was mandatory because we needed to return the keys and pay the tourist tax. This made us late for our next destination. The air conditioning was also weak at best.
