Each of these condos features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and comfortable sleeping accommodations to enjoy after action-packed days - all in a wonderful location within easy walking distance of the ski lifts and the Pump House Indoor Waterpark.

These two condos are located within Jay Peak Resort, which is a hub of outdoor activity all year round. In the winter months, you can walk less than a quarter-mile to the Metro Quad Lift to access the resort's 81 trails and 385 skiable acres. The famed Pump House Indoor Waterpark is just around the corner as well, where you'll have your choice of water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, hot tubs, and a kids' play area (please note that additional fees apply). Spend the summer attending local festivals and golfing at the resort course a quarter-mile away, and the colorful fall taking scenic drives to admire the majestic fall foliage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It’s a beautiful and clean place. Love it. Only problem was the house was too hot, it’s good during winter or when temperatures is below 50, but when it’s hot, it’s get really hot, they should have fan in the property. Also the sun light comes inside the room soon as the sun comes, they need to put dark window curtains on the bed rooms. Overall very clean and nice place to enjoy with family. Everything is near by, 5 min distance. Hopefully next time we will come back again.

This was my first time at jay and using Vicasa/vrbo as a service and wow, it’s was fantastic. I also want to say don’t come but it’s so amazing at jay and this condo with its access to raccoon run is such a delight and made the whole experience.

We had a mixed group of 2 to 40 yos and all were able to enjoy the slopes and water park with the extremely convenient location of this unit. The Jay Shuttle service was great and when slopesides roads closed due to mud we were still in business being a short walk from the paved road. Also was amazing to be able to ski right out the back porch to the village Chair and then ski back in time for naps.Right off of raccoon run. We rented both side by side units which was awesome to be able to have the adults continue to hang out and the kiddos go to bed downstairs. It was super easy to call management and open the door connecting the two units. Also super sound proof so no kids were woken up by each other. I highly highly recommend this unit especially for larger groups and families
