This single-family home is ideally located between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon. It is located near the charming village of Rognes (1.5 km), where you’ll find a butcher shop, a bakery and a cookie shop, a newsstand and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a medical center, a mini-market, a bank, bars, and restaurants. The Rognes region is renowned for its AOC Pays d’Aix-en-Provence wines and vineyards. The house is close to beautiful hiking trails, perfect for walking or mountain biking.
In just a few minutes by car, you’ll be in the Luberon region with its most picturesque villages (Lourmarin, Lauris, Cucuron, Ansouis), as well as La Roque d’Anthéron (10 minutes away), home to the International Piano Festival and the Abbey of Silvacane. Other nearby attractions: Les Baux-de-Provence (60 km), the Verdon Gorge (80 km), the Camargue (80 km), and Arles (59 km).

We’re offering our 180 m² home, which isn’t directly overlooked by neighbors, where you can enjoy a private 10 m x 5 m pool. The house faces south to maximize sunlight throughout the day and features a pleasant private garden.
Spacious house with a living room featuring a large picture window opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. The dining room (table for 6 people) opens onto the kitchen, which leads to the sunroom and large terrace—perfect for enjoying long summer nights.
We have four spacious bedrooms: the master suite on the first floor with its own bathroom (bathtub and shower). Three large bedrooms upstairs: 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 single bed. There is a bathroom with a separate shower upstairs, as well as an en suite shower between the single bedrooms. There are two separate restrooms in the house (one on the first floor and one on the first floor).
You enter the house through a secure gate and along a path leading to the house. Two garage spaces are available, but there is ample outdoor parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped; the living room features a fireplace, and free Wi-Fi is provided. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
