About this apartment rental
Just steps from the beach, our Ocean View condo is a place your worry can drift out with the tides. Recent renovations, charming beach decor, and the sound of the waves makes our condo uniquely beautiful. We have a breath-taking ocean view from our balcony with Adirondack high-top chairs.
There are 3 full beds and 1 king. The unit is perfect for families of 6. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

**Special rates for snowbirds!**
Our condo's proximity to the Garden City Pier, restaurants, bars, fishing hotspots, golf courses, makes our condo perfect for families, bachelor/bachelorette trips, and adults travelers alike.
KEY NOTES:
- Our condo is on the third floor in a three-floor building. We have a corner unit.
- We provide two parking passes for our building (under the building). In the summer it can be busy, and often cars must park behind other cars. The system works well as long as everyone keeps their pass visible in their car!
- NO ELEVATOR - please make sure you are comfortable with climbing stairs prior to booking our condo for your vacation.
- NO SWIMMING POOL - BUT, a wonderful and beautiful beach is a few foot steps away from the unit.
- CLEANING FEE - in addition to standard clean, includes fresh towels & linens, made beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels.
You must be 25 years or older to rent.
Large groups of adults are limited to 6.
Families with children can amount to 8 guests.
*NO PETS ALLOWED*
LONG-TERM MONTHLY renters ARE CONSIDERED over the winter months (We consider one furry friend during these rentals with an EXTRA security deposit, and you are required to pay for carpet cleaning post-stay - this is $250).
ALL RENTERS MUST GET APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST.
We will not accept your request without a SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT and PRE-APPROVAL from owner.

The location of this property is perfect! Easy access to every restaurant and shop you could want, wonderful beach, short walk, quiet neighbors, etc, etc, etc. Hannah was a great host and very communicative. One thing to know, only beach umbrellas are allowed.

Great place to stay while visiting to the beach. Host was wonderful and helped if/when needed. So close to the beach not far from local restaurants and family outings. Condo was clean and accommodating for our families. Would recommend if you’re in the area to check this place out!
