This holiday flat is located on the third floor of an apartment building, is easily accessible via a lift and is situated in Torre del Mar in a gated complex. The beautiful beach and a unique long promenade with numerous bars and restaurants are approx. 200 metres away.

With a living space of approx. 115 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living/dining room has a sofa set, armchairs, a satellite TV with DVD player, a music system and a dining table with seating. The kitchen is connected to the living/dining room and is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a (deep) fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 metres wide). One of them has direct access to the terrace and the bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The third bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide), which can be joined together. All bedrooms are equipped with separate air conditioning (cooling and heating). The second bathroom has a shower tray, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with board games for young and old, so that nothing stands in the way of an evening of games together. A washing machine can be used free of charge. Partial heating is available and WLAN is available free of charge throughout the flat.

The approx. 120 m² balcony overlooks the communal pool and faces east (morning sun). Part of the terrace is covered and equipped with awnings, which can also be closed at the sides and/or front if required, so you can also linger outside on cooler days. A patio heater (gas is not included) is also available for the cooler months of the year. Thanks to its size, everyone will find a quiet spot to relax and unwind. A stone barbecue for a cosy barbecue evening is also included. There is a free parking space available in the in-house closed car park. There are usually plenty of additional parking spaces directly in front of the building. The communal pool is open during the summer months. Pets are allowed on request.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a large supermarket (450 metres), bars, restaurants, a weekly market (Thursday) and of course the beautiful 3.5 kilometre-long promenade directly on the beach. Everything can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The Aquaveliz water park is located in the immediate vicinity (two kilometres). A small harbour and golf courses are also not far away. Of course, you will also find pharmacies, doctors and a hospital here.
