Lovely 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath new construction home located close to Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. This spacious home features an open layout on the main floor with it's fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room. Living space includes an oversized chair and a deep couch that can double as a bed. Also located on the main floor is the master bedroom and bath. Master bath includes a walk-in glass shower, double vanity sink, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms,1 bath, and a cozy TV room for lounging around and binge-watching your favorite shows. All TV's in the home are Smart TVs. Property is located 4 blocks to downtown where you can find dining, shops, live music, bars, and Fernandina Harbor Marina. Make sure to catch a beautiful sunset over the marina while exploring the area. Looking to head to the beach, you're just 2 short miles away.

This home is beautiful. It's immaculate, well-appointed, tastefully designed, and decorated. We could not have asked for better hosts. They were absolutely wonderful and we could not be more appreciative. I would highly recommend this stay.
