Pop art spacious apartment on ben yehuda

This apartment is in a great location, walkable to the beach, tons of restaurants , shopping and right across the street from a bus stop. The building lobby and stairwell is quite dirty but the apartment was very clean and attractive. Be aware that the apartment is a 4th floor walkup. This would be fine for some younger renters but it was quite difficult for my husband and for me as we are in our 70’s. My only real complaint is that there were no instructions for how to use the appliances and the cooktop in particular was very difficult to figure out. The manager, although trying to help also could not figure it out and we had to go on line to the manufacturer’s website for the instructions. The shower and washing machine was a bit tricky as well. Basically these are European appliances that were unfamiliar to us as Americans. Also the towels situation was a little confusing . We kept finding bags of clean towels in the hallway but didn't know if they were mean for us or the next door apartment which she also manages. All of this could be remedied by a few pages of instructions. Otherwise, this was a delightful place to stay to explore Tel Aviv.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The only thing they forgot to mention the construction next door. It was extremely noisy . Not enough towels.( only had two , no hand towel in the kitchen ) location was amazing . Thank you.
