Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.
Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. Great unit for our family of 4. We loved the location between Boone and Sugar Mtn and views from the porch were beautiful. Nicely decorated and everything was very comfortable and clean. We also signed the Guest Book, which is alway fun to see in a rental. Kids loved the loft area but it does get very warm if the fireplace is on. The indoor hot tub at the clubhouse was not available due to a maintenance issue, so if that’s important I would just verify all amenities before booking. Though they did offer to refund if we wanted. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
