Central location, you can see the Opera's Dom from the windows. Large apartments. Fast Internet. They have provided a few bed linens and towels. Clean place and good staff. Pretty good place for living. They have provided invoice on request, so it suits business travellers.
Smell from the bathroom, especially after a night with closed windows. Dangerous stairs in the old building. Not soundproof, but neighbors were quiet during the actual nights. Probably a bit high price for such amenities.

Location is perfect.
The apartment is equipped not very well. There is a bad smell from canalization in the bathroom. The furniture is tired.

Great, cozy, squeaky clean apartment with a bedroom window view to the Opera house! Perfect location, good sound isolation ;)
Straicase very old! Have to be extremely careful!
