Great location, close to the sea and centre. We had everything we needed in the apartment and even more.

Nice and quiet place overall. There's everything you need for holiday stay. Not too far from beach or city center, everything is in walking distance. Tram and bus stops are nearby if needed. Free parking available on the street.
Double bed mattress is firm, can be challenge if you're used to soft sleep. Since house is historical, it has some old house smell. It wasn't a problem for me, but more sensitive people can find it annoying.

Excellent location, it is quiet, but the city center is 5 min walk. The apartment is interesting, in old nice building, not the standard room with bed only, and very clean. It has all the facilities we needed, including feeding chair for the baby.
It wasn't problem for us, but you have to take stairs to the 3rd floor, there is no elevator.
