Perfect stop for a stay at the coast.

Great location and facilities - right next to the beach, and fair pricing

Perfect communication with Lieve, our host (very friendly and punctual) and easy check-in/check-out. The beach is right next to the studio. Free parking for 30 mins available in front of the property. You can also pay 6 Eur/ day and park in the same area in front of the property. The parking space was pretty crowded, even during week days during our stay (we travelled in July), so just pay attention to this and plan accordingly for a no stress stay. There were candy (for our 2.5 year old:) ) and champagne (for the parents :) ) offered in the room when we arrived - such a nice surprise! Coffee and tea also available, which was really a nice touch. Kitchen area available where you can comfortably cook a quick meal. Practical pots and pans, glasses, cutlery etc. Fresh, quality towels and shower gel. Free access to an indoor swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There is also a storage room in the basement, with everything you need for beach time, which you can use: beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs. We did not use them as we had our own stuff, but had we carefully read the description when booking and had we known these are available - we would have travelled lighter :) Definitely it's extremely useful to have access to these facilities at the property and not have to bring your own! So practical. Also, TV with Netflix available. The location is pretty close to France, as well, so it was perfect for us to travel a little bit more after our check-out. We had a wonderful stay - thank you, Lieve!

There was nothing that we did not like. Just be aware that if you have small kids you have to be very careful with the access to the balcony (namely, don't leave the kid on the balcony unsupervised, of course). Pretty much all balconies of buildings in the area are the same, so this is not a comment specific to this property in particular, it's just something to be aware of.

Lovely stay in the studio, great host too ****

Lieve was very welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. The studio is quite small at first but there’s lots of storage and we had enough room for 2 adults and a toddler. We had to spend more time in than planned as the weather wasn’t great, it didn’t feel too crowded so that was a big plus. Lots of treats, coffee and tea available. It was really welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is a massive plus, especially when the weather doesn’t permit to spend lots of time outside. Our little boy loved that there was lots of beach toys for him to play with on the beach. He had a great time. There is a hob, a microwave and a fridge. Practical enough and easy to use. Enough towels for everyone. Tv with a lot of channels. Entertaining for rainy days.

Maybe because of covid it wasn’t available but having the basics like salt&pepper, vinegar&oil would have definitely helped as it’s not always possible to find them in small quantities and we couldn’t take them back on the plane.

Séjour plus qu'agréable dans un studio confortable et

A notre arrivée, l'accueil très chaleureux de Lieve,,accueil dans le studio personnalisé et agrémenté de pleins de petites douceurs (bonbons, biscuits, chips & vin) qui n'ont pas manqué de ravir mon fils. L'exposition plein SUD qui nous a permis de prendre nos repas sur le balcon, à l'abri du vent. La situation en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage et à la piste des dunes par l'arrière du bâtiment, sans trop de risque de croiser un usager faible de la route car la digue contourne le bâtiment par l'avant. Le studio est suffisamment éloigné du centre animé pour bénéficier du calme et à la fois pas trop éloigné pour pouvoir le rejoindre à pieds en moins de 10 min. Du haut du sixième étage, la vue dégagée de jour sur l'arrière pays et ses églantiers sauvages et, la nuit, un cadre sombre rempli de petits points scintillants de l'éclairage publique. Le dépaysement grâce à la décoration de bon goût du studio sur le thème marin jusque dans les moindres détails. L'internet et la multitude de chaînes obtenues grâce au câble ont bien occupé nos fins de soirée automnales.

La taille standard du lit double escamotable-140 inférieure à un queen size-160, ce qui laisse peu de place pour se retourner sans réveiller l'autre et l'accès condamné aux sanitaires dès le lit déplié.

Très agréable séjour dans un studio bien équipé.

La gentillesse de l'hôtesse. la propreté irréprochable. Les équipements (draps, essuies, vaisselles, ...). La vue étendue vers l'arrière pays et la situation près du centre. Le calme.

Juste un petit bémol pour le lit qui est très lourd à descendre et remonter. Il doit être remonté sinon on n' a pas accès à la salle de bain.

Rustig , aangenaam gewoon top

Het contact met de eigenaar van het appartement, zo een lieve Mvr , ben nooit eerder zo hartelijk ontvangen . Heel mooie , aangename omgeving .

Alles was perfect als ik echt iets moet zeggen , zou ik zeggen het comfort van de bedden ( kan zijn om wille van mijn rug klachten dat ik dit zo ervaar )

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und direkt am Strand liegt. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und freundlich.

Un séjour au top !

Nous avons aimé la disponibilité de Lieve de la réservation à notre départ. Le SMS pour nous souhaitez une bonne route et une information sur les places disponible afin d'accéder au parking facilement. Les attentions à notre arrivée : mot d'accueil, gâteaux et bonbons pour les enfants, une bouteille de bulles pour les adultes ! et tout le nécessaire de plage mis à notre disposition afin de profiter du séjour. Un studio accueillant et bien décoré. Nous avons aussi pu profiter du logement plus longtemps le jour de notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ ! Un accueil chaleureux et hyper bien organisé. Merci encore Lieve. Si nous pouvions mettre + que la note de 10 nous le ferions :)

Au moment de la réservation, je n'ai pas fait attention à l'annotation sur booking comme quoi la piscine était fermé temporairement ! Du coup, on reviendra :)

Studio très pratique et accueil fabuleux

Contacts très faciles et agréables avec l'hôte, qui nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt et de repartir plus tard dans la journée (Cela dépend évidemment si c'est loué juste avant et juste après ou non). Accueil très agréable, gentilles attentions (bouteille, bonbons, ...) Studio très propre, bien équipé, draps, serviettes, savon, machine à café et capsules, micro-ondes, bouilloire, toaster, savon vaisselle, wifi, TV, ... Un lit double encastré dans une armoire + le canapé qui peut devenir un lit double.
