Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber.
Wir hatten extrem viel Platz zum verstauen unserer Sachen. Egal ob im Bad, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer.
Die Fußboden Heizung hat es uns schön kuschelig gemacht.
Wir hatten eine tolle große Terasse und einen sehr großen Keller.
Die Garage hat es perfekt gemacht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorgekomment. Mit der Schlüssel Übergabe hat alles super geklappt.
Vor der Tür hatten wir einen kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Fußläufig kommt man gut zu Speiselokalen, Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker oder Metzger. Unten im Haus gibt es ein Café und einen Friseur .
Meran ist mit dem Auto in 5min. erreichbar .
Wir kommen gerne wieder , dann aber im Sommer .

The property is very well maintained and has all the facilities that are needed. It’s centrally located in the village of Algund with Bakery, Restaurants and Supermarkets at 2 mins walk. The owner has gone the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and has provided all instructions of arrival and stay clearly for the guests. The beautiful balcony is an added advantage.
The apartment lacks a microwave and oven. The parking is a little bit small. An SUV fits, but with very careful maneuvering.
