Very easy to find the property--near the interstate and a nice grocery store with a Starbucks across the street. There's a good amount of street parking out front, and a designated gated parking spot around the corner. The pool/hot tub area was nice as well. Unit was clean and matched the photos perfectly. We were very grateful for the two fans as both my husband and son are fan sleepers! Also appreciated having beach toys/beach bag in the closet handy for us. We didn't end up having time to use the tennis court, but it looked nice and we'd packed our pickleball goodies just in case. Loved having in-unit laundry as well, especially after sweaty days and beach days! Host was very communicative and getting in the property was a breeze.

The AC is a window/wall unit and while it does efficiently cool the unit, you have to keep the bedroom door open to effectively cool the bedroom. We like booking condos with our teenage son so we can have privacy in our room. Having to keep the door open to prevent the bedroom from becoming an inferno kind of defeated the purpose of having a private room a bit. Could definitely stand to have more pillows and fluffier ones. There was only one pillow provided for the pull out sofa and it was paper thin. The two on the bed were also extremely thin. While there were beach toys provided, there was only one beach towel. Thankfully, we packed our own after experiencing a similar baffling lack of beach towels during a stay in Puerto Rico. You'd think in a beachy area, that would be a given, but apparently not. Could also definitely use a bath mat in the bathroom. We had to use one of the towels on the floor to avoid it from getting too slippery. And there were only four towels I believe, and two washcloths, total in the unit. Just something small that would improve the overall stay.

It was only 20mins away from downtown.

The car space is way too small for a truck or any suv. Loading and unloading luggage was a pain. Had to use a key card to exit the gate to get you room because the room was on the outside of the gate.
