Everything
There were no signs for the apartment name outside, so it was hard to find.

The friendly and helpful host, comfortable bed, big and spacious terrace.
The fact that the part of the view was towards the cemetery.

Staff were nice. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette had everything (pans, pots, cutlery, various glasses and mugs, etc.). Balcony was big with a nice view, great for eating.
I would've liked if there was body wash sachets and Bulgarian TV programmes.
