La vista è superba e l'appartamento è accogliente e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. È situato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ottima x riposare, fare passeggiate e cicloturismo. C'è una ciclabile subito sotto casa che arriva fino a Krk.
È un po' distante dalle zone d'interesse e servizi ma dipende da cosa uno cerca. Personalmente avevo degli appuntamenti tra Abazia e Fiume e dovevo fare, anche se la strada è comoda, 40 Minuti d'auto. Però avevo anche bisogno di due camere da letto e nella zona che interessava a me non ho trovato nulla, quindi è stata una scelta obbligata di cui non mi sono pentito, anzi.
