Ikani Surf Resort

The resort is very well maintained, the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. I loved that there was lots of parking available and the pool was clean and nice to chill in. The on-site reasturant has great food and very reasonably priced. We had gorgeous pizzas and in the morning some delicious coffee. And it is pet friendly, my dog was made very much welcome also. The beach directly in front is perfect for watching the sunrise (pics attached). The waves were strong there so I don't know if it is safe to swim, but Blue Lagoon is only a short few mins walk away. The town is small and quiet, I loved it but if you are expecting a busy resort place with lots of nightlife, this is not the place. Typhoon damage can be seen here, the resort itself is immaculate but be prepared for a lot of abandoned buildings and damaged buildings in the locality. But there is a very special charm to the place, if you are looking for a rustic little seaside community and just want to relax and enjoy the beach, this place is perfect. And the stunning Saud Beach is only a 25min drive away.

Ikani Surf Resort is at the beautiful Blue Lagoon in an awesome location. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and there is a nice and well-maintained pool. The Hotel has a restaurant, where you can pay with credit card, which is very convenient.

Sadly the room was not cleaned well, there was hair on the mattress and the floor upon check-in. All in all, the price is too high for the amenities that are offered in my opinion.
