What a beautiful home. We loved it!! Everything was clean and organized and the hot tub was relaxing. We all enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious with enough room for 6 adults. The beds were very comfy and it had a well equipped kitchen.

I feel the house was in desperate need of some TLC, the cleaning left a lot to be desired as well. The patio door needs replacing. The internal doors, window frames and wood work are all dark wood and could do with replacing/painting to brighten the property up. There was only 1 key in a 4 bed property I feel you need more than 1 key in a property of this size and a 4 slice toaster would have been better than a 2 slice toaster as well. I think the hot tub would be better closer to the main seating area as well rather than at the other side of the garden. In terms of location it isn’t really a “beach house” - you can’t even see the sea from the property. It is on a housing estate, but it is quiet apart from the seagulls!! You do get used to them after a day or two. It is around 15/20 minute walk into caister centre and to the beach. All in all, I feel that the property is overpriced, we have stayed in much better well maintained properties for less than we paid here.
