The flat smelled very strongly - as if nobody aired it for a while. Even after opening all windows it still smelled.
The mattress was very old and bad in the main bedroom.
Air con did not work well.
Old dusty furniture
On weekends, the closest supermarket is quite far, especially with the heat.
