Exceptional

Annie Hoa and her husband Silaas were very kind. Although we had paid for the room without a view, they so kind to offer us the room with the view for our stay. The room with the view has a great terrace, it is such a calm and tranquil area. Their house is very clean and hygenic. Also the kitchen is very nice, they have everything that you may need from coffee machine to every day use utensils and it is a part of the homestay to share the kitchen. It was very nice that we also had the chance to talk to Annie Hoa and Silaas and got to know them a little bit :) There is also free parking which makes it easy for guests doing a roadtrip. It is also close to Lucerne by car, around 20 mins. All in all it was a great experience for us to stay with them!

Exceptional

We enjoyed spending one night at Mensbergs Harmony Homestay. We had a room with a balcony right in the hosts' apartment. We had full access to the kitchen, fridge, bathrooms. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the highway, which is a big plus. The owners were extremely kind, gave us information about the attractions in the area and were very discreet. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, one of the rooms has a balcony with a wonderful view. It is located in a calm and beautiful village. Excellent place to stay if you don't mind sharing the space with the host. Thanks to Annie-Hoa and her husband for warm hospitality!

Not that we didn't like it, but just needed to be very quiet in the evening and early morning, as guests rooms are adjacent to the bedroom of the owner's family with a little kid.

Very unexpected. They are super friendly so if you don’t mind sharing spaces it’s a perfect place to stay.

Very friendly people! open hearted and honest.

The room is situated in their private area upstairs next to their own bedroom and bathroom. to me it felt a little trespassing. I am just a guest, not a friend, and I didn’t want to be in their private home. I was allowed to use their kitchen and that was so friendly again, and it felt strange too to have my stuff next to their breakfast en meals in the refrigerator.

An enjoyable stay

There was a pretty outdoor balcony with a fabulous view. The living/dining area and kitchen were available to us. There was a piano that guests could play if they so wished. Everything was modern, spotlessly clean and the owners were really lovely.

Please provide guests with larger towels.

Exceptional

Amazingly welcoming couple hosted us for 2 nights. Very smart QR code usage for wifi and recommendations for places of interest. Two shared bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen that is free to be used. Coffee, bread, eggs - all you need is there. Parking spot is available. Big comfy bed and a very cute balcony in the room.

None for us. But if you are traveling without a car, it’s a bit outside of the Lucerne so a bus must be taken to get to the city.

Bon logement pour courte durée mais qui demande améliorations.

Très agréable accueil, avec le sourire. Jolie maison, bien agencée, dans un quartier assez calme, quoique tout près de la route, avec passablement de circulation. Chambre avec balcon privatif très sympathique. Salle de bain avec très agréable douche italienne. Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine.

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées. Sommes tombés en même temps qu'un autre couple très bruyant et irrespectueux. Difficile de dormir. Odeurs de nourriture tout au long de la journée. Un conseil à donner aux logeurs : proposer le petit déjeuner, car en tant que Bed and Breakfast, il est impératif de proposer le petit déjeuner. Surtout qu'il n'y a aucune boulangerie à disposition dans le quartier. Dommage.
