IT WAS A NICE PLACE GOOD PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Very Clean! Very responsive management! We loved the place! The extra living room was not used, would be better as another bedroom!! Excellent, would highly recommend!!!

It was an easy walk to the beach and there are some good walkable restaurants and bars. Easy to park at municipal parking lot and access everything at old orchard beach

There were many extra fees!!! Only 3 rolls of tp for 6 adults! There was fresh linens, but we had to distribute it and make up beds…the reason was Covid…not an acceptable reason! Even though there were fans it was extremely hot, no ocean breeze, so bring an a/c with you!
