About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this lovely, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent on the ground floor of a one-storey house, just 300 metres from the beach! The flat comfortably sleeps 2 people. It comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room, a lovely bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate WC, sunny enclosed garden and terrace, ideal for meals. Bed linen and towels extra. Adults only.
The accommodation comprises
A day area with :
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher...
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm), which can be pushed together to make a double bed (160×190)
- A shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- An enclosed garden with a terrace furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. Access is via the living room.
Other facilities: washing machine shared by both flats in the residence.
The property is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the property. The campsite, just two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread.
You can also take advantage of the various activities on offer: golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.
Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station (17km)
Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport (84 km)
Other remarks :
- Possibility to rent the Garde Guérin located in the same house to privatise the house.
- Children aged 5 to 15 are not accepted in the accommodation.
- Pets not accepted

- Sheets and towels are available on request at an additional cost (to be booked with our on-site manager).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Cette location est idéale pour un break près de Dinard et saint Malo. Située sur saint Lunaire elle permet de faire de belles balades sans la foule…
Location très récente et ultra propre, elle dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire et il est possible de bénéficier des draps en option

Super séjour, tout est accessible à pieds, la rue est calme et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu du beau temps.
