About this house rental
Our townhouse is a spacious end unit with lots of windows.
Enjoy the open floor plan on main level with a flat screen in the living room and large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are hardwood floors in the living room and upstairs bedrooms.
There are 3 Bedrooms located on second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private balcony and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double size bed on the bottom - great room for the kids - and the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed.
There is a full bathroom on the second floor (in addition to the ensuite) and there is a powder room on main level.
You can walk out from the living room to the patio which has a natural gas BBQ. There is an open grassy area in front of the patio and our private beach is across the street.
The complex has a geothermal heating & cooling system that will keep you comfortably warm in the winter & cool in the summer.
The townhouse has a single car garage as well as one designated outside parking spot which is right outside the front door.
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and private beach that also has boat moorage for up to 22 boats. There is an option to reserve a spot for a fee.
You will be steps away from the your own private beach, boating, golfing and wine tasting in beautiful Osoyoos.

We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view. There is a street between but it’s very quiet with very little traffic. The kitchen is HUGE. Tons of space and well equipped. The garage was really useful for all of our lake toys, paddle boards, etc. The beds were comfortable, shower was great… we had a great time and would recommend for any family.
