Small condo community. Tucked away from the hectic Orlando and Kissimmee traffic. Easily get to the attractions, convention center, shopping etc.

We were extremely pleased with this home. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this home to anyone. We hope to return in the future.

Nicely kept, beds are very hard with little padding. Some may enjoy that more than we did. Acceptable compared to Royal Palms. Furniture on risers to accommodate pets not marking them I believe . Full 8 pc dinner set for serving food. Adequate kitchen stuff, lots of towels and blankets. They also left extra garbage bag liners for kitchen and bathrooms and two additional rolls toilet paper per bathroom. Most places aren't that nice. There was small odor to place but probably cleaner from covering pet stuff. Overall enjoyed our stay and saw no evidence of bed bugs which to me is very important.

Communication was horrible, fridge started thawing out everything got water logged and then everything Frozen ruining all the food in fridge we purchased in order to save money. We arrived the 29th and told them that night of the issue they said someone would be in contact. No call we decided to thankfully lock our small dog into the bedroom with her food and water just incase someone came into the unit to fix it. Since we didn't or couldn't use it for much even the drinks were frozen and couldn't use so had to take coolers and ice paks to have non Frozen drinks even. They came the 30th unknown to us and didn't inform us of it needed fix until couple days later I called and asked what was going on? They said a service tech did come and it needs repaired on the 30th thankfully our dog was safe. I informed thme of this prior on both phone calls still no one called us to update us. I then called later on Thursday to find out what was going on and she told us of this. I told her at this point all food was ruined even leftovers were Frozen the tech that came didn't even clean it the paper towels we had to use because the water was everywhere. It then froze to the shelf where we had to then try to get it taken care of . I then proceeded to let the lady know on Thursday we were just going to leave and check out early anyways and that again would escalate the claim to get us a credit back for our inconvenience and loss of over $300 worth of food. I still haven't not heard from them in regards this and she said would take 24hrs. Today is Saturday the 4th nothing.
