My family absolutely loved this house. Super clean and stylish. Great location and amenities. We needed to get out of our mountain snow and enjoy a few days by the pool. Unfortunately upon check in we noticed the pool access paddle wasn’t there. We called immediately and was told someone would be right over and bring it. Didn’t happen. Called again the next morning, same promise, but again no follow through. Between my husband and I we called probably 5 times during our few days stay. We never did get the pool paddle. All communication told us we wouldn’t be able to use the pools without this visible with us at the pools at all times. Huge disappointment. Somewhere there is a break in the communication chain. The customer service reps we spoke to were very nice & responsive on the phone. We just wanted what was promised to be delivered. If this is fixed we would certainly be giving 5 stars for all areas.
