Located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #31 in Santa Clara, Utah this home is a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.
Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This five bedroom, six bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.
This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
**Note about the Construction noise: The development across the street to the north outside of Ocotillo Resort is currently under construction. Please plan accordingly with construction noise. No refunds or cancellations will be given for this inconvenience, as it is out of our control.

It was a good space and the things we had issues with were quickly responded to by the manager. I do feel it was a good value.

Property was new, clean and accommodated our family nicely. Convenient location close to Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre. We drove 45 mins to to do the Kanarra Falls hike with many grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. My biggest complaint was no BBQ grill as pictured and stated in picture. Last review before us even stated that and I reached out to the host concerning this as well as having a full propane tank. They assured me it would be checked. After driving many hours and thinking we could BBQ we were unable to and was not delivered in the 2 hour time frame as promised. He did show up eventually at 9pm clearly after dinner time and the bottom was missing. If you are gonna BBQ all your drippings will end up all over the concrete slab. Air filters and vents were filthy. Pool could have been vacuumed and patio hosed off since it was very dusty.
Other than that, the place has ample space. The pool is tiny with automated cover. Hot tub panel is inside the home. All codes provided worked unlike some previous reviews. Traditional coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, bbq accessories, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Paper towels provided. Ping pong table and pool accessories are in the garage but if you want to play pickle ball you’ll need to bring your own paddles and ball. Duplex close to community pool, pickle ball courts and club room with pool table. This community is pretty much all rentals and is a popular destination. Beautiful Mountain View’s for now.
