Spacious living room and dining room; an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, custom paint and tile flooring. Gated community. Clubhouse has gym & meeting rooms. Community has 5 swimming pools w/spas, acres of lush grounds & walking paths. Incredible location next to Stonecreek Golf Course; walking distance to shopping/restaurants . Close access to freeways. Seasonal rental includes electric, high speed internet and Fire TV Sticks. No smoking in unit/on grounds. Minimum 30 day rental required. Owner is licensed AZ Real Estate Broker.

Diane was wonderful to work with. I was a bit nervous booking my stay. My husband always took charge but after his death I’d fell on me. Diane made the whole process easy. The location couldn’t be better. It was within walking distance so my Sonoma house. It was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and baking. There was some second hand smoke from the condo under me but Diane had a new bathroom fan installed which helped immensely. I highly recommend this condo for a rental.
