It was perfect, if we ever go to Kallithea again we would definitely go back there.

It was cozy, at a good location everything was at a walking distance, the breakfast was good, the staff was very nice and what we loved the most about the place was that the rooms were being cleaned every single day, the towels were changed everyday also.

There wasn’t a lot of variety at the breakfast, we stayed for a week and kind of god bored of it but it’s far from the worst thing, the breakfast was very delicious.

Excellent Worth The Money

The location is perfect just e few minutes from the center as well from the beach. There is a parking right next to the house. The breakfast was nice and there were few options. A typical Mediterranean breakfast. The room was nice maybe it could be a little bit spacious but we were for 2 days only so it wasn’t a problem. There was a nice terrace where you can watch the sunset.

Awful after the electro shock

Location

All the dishes were dirty, no hand soap, stove was so slow, the respiratos gives electro shocks and do not funcion, shower dont have doors, drain in the shower and in the kitchen so clogged.

Not much, the parking was convenient and it was clean.

We booked the place just for the breakfast included but when we came they told us there is no breakfast this year. There were wasps in the room every day and no idea where they are coming from as we didn't open the window for the whole 3 days.

Comfortable room - Hospitality to review

The place is pretty clean, safe, quiet. The door openings was done with a magnetic card. The place is located on the main street of the city center of Kalithea (easy to do shopping or go to the beach by walking). You could park your park for free. The room was large. Beds were very comfortable. There are several mirrors and the cheminy (probably not useful) in the room gave a nice effect. Nespresso machine was there. The kitchen was quiet fonctionnal (but missed product to clean the plates...) We enjoyed the private balcony and the large choice at the breakfast : tea, coffee, milk, 3 kind of breads, jam, chocolate paste, honey, 2 kinds of cereals, eggs (rehydrated), sausage, bacon, charcuterie, 2 kind of cheeses Air conditioning and shutter work well.

The hospitality is a concept to review! The legendary Greek kindness was not present here. Bad organisation at the start of the stay (the very young host - the only one of the crew speaking in English) didn't know if the previous guess was still there or not... I've received at the same moment an email from the hotel asking me to cancel the booking by myself because the room was not available (if I did that, the cancellation fees would have been 100%!) The situation was stressful and uncertain. To check if the room I rented was empty or not, the host directly open the room without knocking with the previous guests inside and he entered in the room!!!! We had to come back later, the time for them to clean the room (it was 9.00pm) - we thought to cancel but in mid-August, we didn't have a lot of options. Finally we have had a larger room than expected. Bad smells in the bathroom appeared several times. What we didn't like as well was the absent smiles and "hellos" from the other hosts (we even felt spying during our breakfast choice... Fortunately we could take it in our room). We didn't feel welcomed as it should be. To give back the magnetic key for the check out, the "father" I suppose (no introduction at all) just did an unkind hand movement to leave it on table and no goodbye.

Exceptional

My Friends an me had a really good stay in JJ Rooms. You have everything in the Apartment, that is needed like a small kitchen place, a balcony, air conditioner for the warm nights in Kallithea. The apartment was cleaned everyday. It is very close to the beach. About 5 minutes to walk. You have restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and a taxi station in front of the door. The owner of JJ Rooms also organized a transfer to the airport for a really good price. Thanks for the amazing stay

O cazare ideala atat pentru cei care doresc o calatorie frumoasa, de buget, dar cu optiuni mai deosebite si pentru cei c

O cazare minunata, potrivita chiar si pentru cei care, la fel ca noi, isi doresc o optiune mai de buget (cu rezervare facuta din timp, evident). Camera a fost confortabila, dotata cu tot ce aveam nevoie (chicineta, AC, uscator de par, balcon suficient de spatios pentru 2 persoane), curatenie impecabila realizata zilnic, amplasare la aprox. 5 minute de centru si 15 de plaja (o distanta perfecta pentru cei care isi doresc sa fie suficient de aproape de centru, dar feriti de galagie). Micul dejun este potrivit de diversificat (acelasi in fiecare dimineata), nu am sesizat nicio problema in ceea ce priveste prospetimea mancarii. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna, întregul personal fiind atent la nevoile noastre. Recomand cu incredere, si va multumim pentru experienta frumoasa!

Singurul inconvenient a fost faptul ca nu prindeam semnal WiFi decat in baie si in sala de mese.

Do you want to sleep with cockroaches? This is your place. If your idea of a good vacation includes sharing your room with a 10 cm cockroach, then this accommodation is perfect for you. When we reported the issue, not only did we receive no apology or refund, but we were also shouted at by the owner in his own language, with a completely unprofessional attitude. The photos on Booking are pure fiction — they do not reflect reality at all. The apartment is located underneath a gas shop, and the so-called "luxury" they advertise is nowhere to be found. Terrible service, zero hygiene, and a complete lack of respect for the guest. Definitely a total disappointment that in no way justifies the €102 per night we paid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- . Χωρίς αμφιβολία, μια εντελώς απογοητευτική εμπειρία που δεν δικαιολογεί σε καμία περίπτωση τα 102 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση που πληρώσαμε.

Séjour de 3 nuits, retournerons volontiers : lieu propre, bien aménagé et excellent petit-déjeuner.

Sur demande, ils ont accepté de nous loger une heure plus tôt. Nettoyage et renouvellement du linge quotidien. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du matelas ainsi que le petit-déjeuner varié, accompagné de fruits.

Отель небольшой , расположен в хорошем месте , до моря на машине 3 минуты . В номере было очень чисто , меняли постельное белье в два дня раз, полотенца каждый день . Отдельное спасибо Варваре , которая очень внимательна была к нам , отзывалась на каждую просьбу . Следила за чистотой и готовила очень вкусные гренки на завтрак !! Рекомендую !
