El Alamillo seaview Penthouse

We booked this late to arrive the same day after problems with original accommodation in the area. From the minute we booked, we were informed of everything we needed to get to the property and inside even though we arrived late at night. On arrival we found everything clean and ready for occupation beyond any standard we have found before, it was literally like a home from home. We were contacted during the stay to ensure everything was ok and towards the end of the stay informing us how to leave I would like to mention the person we dealt with who made our stay so satisfactory - his name is Daniel. We had no problems just questions but Daniel went way beyond expectations during our stay answering immediately even over a weekend.

Great location and loved Mazarrón

Communication with the agent was poor. He speaks very little English. We were without hot water for 2 and half days and resolved the problems ourselves. The boiler which is located on the roof solarium was unplugged. The boiler had also been turned down to the lowest setting. Through broken Communication we plugged in the boiler after the 1st day and still no hot water until the following day when I thoroughly investigated the the boiler as the control situated underneath is not obvious to see. Having resolved this issue by day 3 with the water we returned to the property after a day out to find the air conditioning had gone off ! Unknown to us the aircon is metered and charged additionally!
