Theree is a totaal of Both buildings are newly furnished (August 2019). This is perfect for large groups!

Well kept older property. The general area initially made us a little nervous, but there are several businesses, clubs, and restaurants right around the corner.The buildings, being older, had their expected squeaks and creaks, but all-in-all we were very pleased with out stay! The property managers were very prompt to respond to all my pre-visit questions and also were nice enough to text me to help with some struggles I had getting in initially.The biggest "challenge" for us as a large group was that it is essentially four different properties. We knew it was going to be two buildings, but we didn't realize that each building was going to be two houses. Splitting up our group four ways made for some challenges, but we managed!Overall, it was a very positive experience!

The communication with the manager was great- they were clean, but much more aged than the photos. the two buildings are not right next to each other they are down any alley way or around a street corner so that is something to consider that isn't clear in the description. It is also next to a very noisy club in a not really nice neighborhood. Beds are very squeaky and the kitchen amenities lacking- no kitchen towels, hotpads cutting boards etc- The manager did get us extra towels and responded to messages in a timely manner. The outside areas were really nice for our very large group, and check out and in were very easy and nice.

Great location - townhouse are a 1 min walk from each other. Comfortable beds, plenty of places to sleep. Functional kitchens and bathrooms. Served its purpose for a 22 person reunion.

Hosts were responsive. The location proved excellent for our family activities as we took advantage of the Zoo, City Museum, Arch, and Gardens; all a short uncongested drive away. There is a nice park/playground 3 blocks walk from the units which was our evening go to for the kids to run and play. The one back yard which we were able to use (the other was under repair) was a nice spot with comfortable patio furniture (may I say nicer than some of the indoor furniture), but not reclusive. Plenty of parking.The listing led me to believe that the buildings were adjacent. Don't be fooled, they are half a block away, down an alley lined with stinky trash bins. The units themselves are poorly kept up. There was plaster falling from a corner of one kitchen, tiles off a shower wall, moldy separating grout/caulking around tubs, protruding nail heads from deck railing, fencing boards missing, stains on rugs, trash left under several beds, squeaky mattresses... you get the idea. We were disappointed by the accommodations, despite which we had a wonderful family reunion due to the fact that we were focused on each other and fun activities rather than our surroundings.
