About this apartment rental
Sleeps 19+ Guests. Nestled between our vineyard and the banks of the Goulburn River, a luxury villa & riverside retreat 90mins from Melbourne.
Inside- architect designed with handcrafted furniture. Massive master bedrooms with ensuites & water or vineyard views. Multiple lounges, games room & stone fireplace.
Outside- private beach, daybed, sunlounges, kayaks & beach volleyball. Floating fireplace & stone firepit, outdoor kitchen, woodfired pizza oven, tennis courts, trampolines and more.
No outdoor amplified music unless prior approval given
- Only registered guests allowed unless by prior arrangement
- Day visitors to the retreat by prior arrangement only and may incur cost per head
- Access to our water trampoline is seasonal across November - April only
- We are very flexible with extending check-in and check-out times
- Please leave in a clean and tidy state by ensuring dishes are washed, bbq`s are cleaned with products provided, dispose of garbage in large bins provided at back of River House.
- If using tanning products please BYO sheets or there will be charges for stained sheets
- Damages to property will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb
- Lights and AC/Heating to be turned off when away
- No smoking in the house
- Fees apply for lost keys
- Do not use premises for illegal activities

It’s a nice home in a fantastic location. They are big bedrooms and the house was nice and clean. Nice to go for a paddle in the canoe. We had a fun weekend.
Only issues are small things really.
One of the bbq’s wasn’t cleaned well and the ( once non stick) frypans are way past their use by date. No plastic egg lifters either.

This was one of the most wonderful property one could find anywhere. On the banks of the Goulburn River with the most beautiful views and with plenty of fun to be had on the river itself. Our family of 11 celebrate an 80th birthday and could not have been better.
