The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms, the main floor has an open plan living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, separate rumpus/study, three bedrooms, the master bedroom has ensuite. There is Free Wifi throughout the house and two split system air conditioners for your comfort.
Featuring a large indoor swimming pool (pool is NOT heated) that leads through to the outdoor entertaining area perfect for large gatherings with built-in outdoor furniture and outdoor shower.
A sprawling deck with sensational lake and ocean views complete this amazing and unique property.

The property is on two levels and is very spacious with great views across the town and water from the extensive deck. The main living area and master bedroom are west facing with an extensive full hight glass frontage and can become quite hot on a summer afternoon/evening. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Our stay was fantastic, thank you very much for your wonder accomadation.
Just 1 little thing if a child proof gate is installed at the top of the stairs would be ideal when toddlers stay there, other than that extremley happy.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised.
The indoor pool was too cold to swim in/use which was a bit disappointing; but otherwise it was a great trip away. Would recommend this as a place to stay.
