This hotel is a 3 star at best. I generally don't leave reviews but I'm going to for this one. I read mixed reviews for this hotel before booking and gave them a chance. Our experience was not great. Firstly as a previous person reviewed, the concierge seemed uninterested. We unloaded our own bags from the car and left them near the trolly at the front while heading the desk to check in. The reception desk presents as untidy. Piles of paperwork and items cluttering the area give the instant feel of unorganised. We checked in and had to go and get out bags and began loading onto the trolly, the manager came out and started to help us since the bellboy seemed more interested in the ceiling. Somewhere between the entrance and the room our grocery bag went missing. When I came back down stairs there was a lot of confusion as to what i was looking for. While at the desk in line , many people just walked up and pushed in. At one stage an entire busload of people arrived and all pushed in front and crowded the desk. The staff did not advise anyone to join the line, just served them. The room we booked was the King terrace balcony suite and it was a nice room. Nice view and very clean. The floor however was very noisy, families and kids running and screaming in the hallway , doors slamming constantly. It was a special occasion stay for us and we had wanted something nice and private and peaceful. We spent about an hour and a half at the hotel and decided to leave and stay elsewhere. We struggled our bags back out front, loaded them ourselves mostly (the manager appeared to try help). I think this place really let's itself down, the staff look tired and under pressure. The doorman service is almost non existant. We can't comment on any other facilities since we were not there long enough. At very most this is a 3 star hotel. If you are wanting 5 star with 5 star service I would suggest looking to stay at FLC golf resort for a similar price.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Delasea! The hotel had a great view, and the location made it easy to enjoy the trip. The staff were super nice and welcoming from start to finish. They helped us with an early check-in and guided us on all the local spots and logistics, which made everything much smoother. What stood out the most was their support even after we checked out. We accidentally left some belongings behind, and Ms. Duong Hue personally contacted us and arranged to send our items to us in another city. That level of care and coordination was truly impressive. Really wonderful staff all around. Thank you for making our trip so memorable 👍

Not worth the money. They call themselves a 5-star hotel, but I'm not sure what standard that rating is based on. I won't comment on the aesthetics or furniture quality, since that's a matter of personal taste, though personally, I don't think this place is a genuine 5-star hotel. I called every hotline number listed to ask about early check-in, but no one answered, even though it was during business hours. When I finally got through, it turned out to be the sales office in Hanoi, and the person told me I'd need to search online myself to find the reception number. Guests using the pool (or possibly outside visitors) left the elevator soaking wet, and no staff cleaned it up, which was inconvenient for other guests. The lobby was very loud due to World Cup broadcasts playing at high volume. I only stayed one night, but that was enough to feel frustrated that it wasn't worth the money. Overall, the experience didn't match the price. For what I paid, I could have stayed at an actual 5-star hotel.
