Freundlicher Vermieter, ruhige und zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, alles sehr neu und sehr sauber, Fahrradunterstand mit Lademöglichkeit

Eine nahezu neu eingerichtete Fewo in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nahe der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Der freundliche Vermieter machte eine Einweisung und stand für Fragen weiterhin zur Verfügung. Sehr gutes Boxspringbett, alles sehr sauber.
Die baulichen Gegebenheiten ließen eine gute Aussicht aus den Fenstern nicht zu. Die Warmwasserleitung besitzt keine Zirkulation. Das kostete Geduld und Wasser.
