About this house rental
This beautiful home is conveniently located between Warroad and Baudette, a 10 minute drive to Zippel Bay State Park. Close to the lake for world class fishing and Beltrami Island State Forest for hunting, foraging, hiking, and snowmobiling. Enjoy our large backyard with a charcoal grill and fire pit. One bedroom with a full bed. One bathroom. We do provide a sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Maximum of 4 guests.

My husband and son stayed here while ice fishing on Lake of the Woods in January. They accessed the lake at Long Point Resort and this location was very convenient. There was ample parking for their snowmobile trailer and all the amenities they needed after a long day on the lake. They would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Property owners were quick with responses. Corey was very personable.
Furniture was uncomfortable - we brought our lawn chairs inside to sit on - My husband is 5’9” and kept hitting his feet on the bed frame - he ended up sleeping on the sofa bed (which he said was comfortable)
Would have been nice to know having a tv actually meant it was a Roku system having to sign into your account from home with no local tv.
The stovetop had something crusted on the surface and I couldn’t get it off. The toilet was much better after I cleaned it.
The water kept turning rusty with chunks of stuff in it so we left even earlier than planned.
The reviewer who mentioned the train was very accurate.
