The location and the spaciousness. Very well laid out.
The roof terrace was very very hot and south facing with no canopy or sun umbrella so we had to buy one. Paola did say that there was one but that it was damaged in a storm and a bespoke one was being made. However our stay coincided with a 36 degree heatwave and it regularly got to 40 on the roof terrace. It’s not useable on Sunny days without some sort of screen

Paola is wonderful. We arrived late and she still met us the moment we arrived. Gave excellent instructions and guidance. The apartment is elegant and super clean. Had everything we needed. The location is spectacular. We also rented a 40hp boat from NAUTICA COSTANTINI and he was fabulous. Best vacation ever!
