Great location and nice facilities both at the building as well as in the retail spaces below.

Parking. At $40/night to valet or a bit more for 24 hour street parking, it adds up quickly. The surprise CC hold for incidentals was shocking.

The view from my window was to the opposite building, but it doesn't matter when you spend your day at the ocean. this option is suitable for a short stay and starts in Miami.

The hotel itself was great. The unit was pretty and the ac worked very well. The roof top pool was nice but they could have some seating towards back where u can see the ocean as there's plenty of empty roof there.

This was a one room apartment and there was no liquid soap or rag to wash dishes. No extra trash bag and they only had the toilet paper roll that was being used. The shower glass door was shipped at the top and not aligned. It did a loud pop when closing that was quite scary and felt it could break the glass. I did report on this and no response provided. Unit was on 2nd floor and shower head delivered a trickle of water. Unbearable to shower. That compounded with the glass enclosure that wobbled if touched made bathing feel unsafe. I literally threw cups of water on the shower floor to make sure all soap was out before next person could shower as I slipped myself. The unit had only the most bare essentials. Example no pillow covers for sofa bed. Only one sheet and one warm cover for sofa. The coffee machine was dirty. You could text for needed things as the phone was not answered. Who in their right mind wants to spend vacation texting about everything as they realized what was missing and waiting on them to show up. 1st day texted about not having a broom as living was dirty and they showed up next day at 5 pm to attemp to clean? By that time we where in and cooking and was not cleaning time. They did deliver a broom. We only found out where to throw trash on check out day as they asked us to throw it away. Very poor phone reception. We had to go to the balcony and phones own wifi didn't work due to said issues. We had to connect to hotels internet which I prefer not to do. I liked the unit. It has a modern feel. The AC worked great, but no view to ocean and small view to intracoastal. This was not clear on posting. I honestly think that for the top dollar we paid per night, all these things should have been thought off and a better experience delivered. Details make your experience great and unfortunately they missed many that are logical to the type of unit that was reserved.
