This apartment was good for a stay with family. It is currently not a luxury apartment though and in places the apt needs upgrading, bedroom lockers were stained and beds were uncomfortable. But in terms of location and with access to the park it worked for what we needed.
The amount of communication from both the host and the management company was excessive to the point of intrusive.. I counted over 20 text messages and the same amount of emails with reminders and updates and then on the final day I had 2 missed calls in the space of 30mins calling to confirm a departure time that I had already confirmed 3 times on text that no one responded to.

Accessibility, parks literally in front of the apartment. Loved, loved, loved the kitchen! The spice rack, tea, fruits... very very thoughtful. Your staff were extremely responsive too
The front door is a bit tricky to close. The beds can be bigger. The walk in shower needs a curtain to reduce splash out. Would be good to have a soap holder in the walk in shower.

We liked it’s location within the Olympic park and the proximity to the Westfield Shopping Centre and Stratford Tube Station. The apartment was clean and well catered
With large windows and located on the 5th floor the apartment got very hot. Opening, closing and locking windows and doors was very complicated. We did not meet a single person from Meado during the whole of our stay. We were bombarded with emails about the obligations and duties associated with staying in the apartment to to the extent that over ne above the rental fee paid I was obliged to pay a £65 non refundable damages waiver. And didn’t damage anything. There was a total lack of personal service.
