Blisko do morza, czysto, spokojna okolica, Ładnie zagospodarowany teren przed domem - dużo zieleni i ławeczek. Miła obsługa.
Za mało miejsc na przechowywanie rzeczy - półeczek, wieszaków. Nie było miejsca na zawieszenie mokrych kurtek. na suszenie strojów kąpielowych, ręczników. W łazience nie było gdzie odłożyć ubrań.

Bliziutko do morza i plaży, obok kafejki, gdzie można było się napić dobrej kawy albo lemoniady i zjeść jajecznicę za 24 zl Obok ośrodek Politechniki Warszawskiej, gdzie w latach 80tych jeździłam z bratem na kolonie.
Daleko do pętli autobusowej i pokój na piętrze, za dużo schodów dla mnie, bo mam chorą nogę.
