"Alicante Holiday Agents where excellent, nothing was too much trouble, if we needed anything, Cristina came round with whatever we needed within 24 hours. Neighbours where friendly."

9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2025

Location was good, easy access to supermarket and bus service
Firstly the apartment is not a bungalow, as described, but a lower floor apartment. The internet was not working on arrival and I had to wait for someone from the agency to arrive and fix it. I found the representative abrupt and rude and unsympathetic, not a happy experience for my first day. Also the apartment was very dark as the shutters cut out all light. I left the apartment two days early as it really didnt suit my needs.
