Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed.
The gate code and lock were very difficult to use. Took several goes to get it to open on the way in and out of the property complex. Otherwise, it was a get place to stay. Warm and comfortable, very spacious.

Comfortable. All amenities. Tasteful. Excellent location right in the city - once finished with the building of the stadium. Close to shops restaurants grocery store and sights..
No milk on arrival. Nothing to make us feel welcome. No information about Christchurch. Did not warn us about construction noise at all times of day and night. Sliding door to balcony did not open.
