Blisko centrum oraz Cukrownia Żnin . Na przeciwko kamienicy jest siłownia . Dla aktywnych ,którzy nie chcą w czasie wakacji przytyć. To polecam tą miejscówkę.
Jak to w starych kamienicach zapach. No ale nie da się już tego wypełnić.

Na plus bliskość dworca PKS, stacji kolejki wąskotorowej, centrum Źnina. Zamiast nudnych obrazków na ścianach grafiki w stylu Andrzeja Mleczki. dostęp do kuchni.
Łóżko porównywalne twardością do kuszetki w pociągu. Pokój - ze względu na obecność drzwi wyglądających jak kolejny pokój - sprawiał wrażenie pokoju przechodniego.
