Blisko centrum oraz Cukrownia Żnin . Na przeciwko kamienicy jest siłownia . Dla aktywnych ,którzy nie chcą w czasie wakacji przytyć. To polecam tą miejscówkę.
Jak to w starych kamienicach zapach. No ale nie da się już tego wypełnić.

Dobra lokalizacja, samo centrum, blisko sklepy, restauracje, obiekty do zwiedzania. Kuchnia wyposażona w wszystko co trzeba, w pokoju dodatkowo czajnik , kawa, herbata i woda.
Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż w rezerwacji ale nie wpłynęło to jakoś na pobyt. Światło w łazience na czujnik, będąc pod prysznicem znajdujesz się nagle w całkowitych ciemnościach a czujka łapie na środku pomieszczenia. Naczynia trzeba było przed użyciem przemyć , nie były czyste.
